Student Loan refund - SLC to HMRC

Hi, I started repaying my student loan to early, I contacted SLC and they processed the change to stop taking any more payments which has been done, the refund was passed to HMRC and due to be refunded via payroll. It has been 4 months now and I have not received the refund. Please can someone help with this query?
