Hi! I’m working in a company since October 2021 and I’ve noticed that my NI record for 20/21 and 21/22 are not updated. Have a possibility that they duplicated my NIN number? I have the P60 for both years with the correct tax but they are still not showing on my records. I tried to contact HRMC by letter but the form is in process more than 2 months and also by telephone but both with no answers. How I can contact HRMC and receive an update for this problem?

Hi Carolina Barros Goncalves,

I am afraid the area that would deal with this query are currently working on correspondence received on 21 January 2023.  
We will need to see copies of your P60s and you do not say if you sent these with your letter.  
If you have not already done so, please send these (not the originals) to the following address –
