Foreign Dividend less than £2000

Hi! I have foreign income included interest and foreign dividend which is less than £2000. May I know I fill the total amount in SA100 is correct? Besides, foreign dividends from US the amount I received which was after taxed. Should I fill any form for this and is a small amount only. Thanks

You need to show all the foreign income in the tax return.
