Renting income from overseas property
My son have a flat rented from Nov 23 and we stayed in UK 12 Sept. My son is a student and I know I should fill in the form of SA100 and SA106. The flat has rented since Nov 23. The amount of money should be added from Nov 23 to 5 April by proportion and also I added the other expenses such as rates, management fee, insurance and then fill the net profit. Is it correct? Do I did to fill the split year form. If I should fill can I only fill SA109 and the other form submitted by online. Thx -
