Hello guys I have received a tax rebate letter for year 2023 to 2024 with my p800 reference number. Everytime I click link to application it logs me in, however when it asks add credit card where you want refund so I add my bank details and card. Then I get a response " your refund request has not been submitted, we cannot process your refund request". I also try login with my government gateway but when it comes to option security I put my correct details ID date of birth full name and national insurance number yet it says incorrect details failed to login. When can I do? Should I just wait is it an automatic refund along with my next salary or I need to update my details?

Hi, 
If you are using a mobile phone, we have been made aware of an issue affecting some mobile phone users (we are working on a fix for this).
If you have access to a tablet/laptop/computer, please try using one of those in the first instance.
Failing that, you would need to contact us to request a cheque.
