Salary sacrifice personal allowance adjustment

Hi there. I’m trying to understand how adjustments for salary sacrifice should work in respect of tax codes. For context looking at my code it looks like I am getting a double hit in that: 1) the salary sacrifice benefit has been added back to my forecast income and leading to an adjustment in my personal allowance (as over £100k income) 2) I then have a further adjustment again to my allowance for that benefit That does not make sense to me.

The salary sacrifice figure is usually taken off before the tax is calculated, I would double check this with your employer.
