CA3822 & A1 application for Spain

Hello, I'm going to work in Spain under the Digital Nomad scheme. Required are completed CA3822 and A1 forms. Question; I own the company that employees me and I pay PAYE through this. Do I complete both CA3822 and A1 forms myself? Thank you

The portable document A1 is completed and issued by HMRC, this isn’t something you can complete yourself.  
If you have never had an A1 before there are 2 forms that you will need to complete.  
The CA3821, which is to provide information on your company, and the CA3822.  
As the owner/ director of the UK company, you will need to complete both of these forms.
