I have a company pension greater than my personal allowance. I also work on a flexible contract. My PA is 100% against the employment income. The income next year will fall below the PA as I plan to take a break. My pension is taxed at basic rate. It would make sense to move the PA to the pension. How do I do this? Thanks

Hi D629597,
You would need to contact our PAYE helpline on 0300 200 3300 or contact our webchat facility here:
Employers: general enquiries
To request that your personsal allowances are repositioned against your pension.
You will need to confirm estimates of the amount of your pension and employment in the tax year.
Thank you,
