Employer not provided P11D

I have been trying to get a copy of my P11D from my former employer and they are not responding. I need to submit my tax return for the first time and it's impossible! HELP! Is there any way I can get this information from elsewhere? Thx

You can contact HMRC to see if our version has been submitted on 0300 200 3300.
