Hello, First of all, thank you so much for your help! I've been driving myself crazy trying to find answers online. :) I'm currently on a PSW visa which is due to expire in March 2024. I am currently employed by a charity to work as a project manager, but once my visa expires, I will be returning to my home in India. However, I would like to continue working on the projects as a freelance contractor with my company. -Would I be liable to pay taxes in the UK or in India? -Can I continue to get paid in my UK bank account (but have my address on the invoice as my Indian address)? -Would the company be able to hire me as a freelancer if they don't sponsor work visas? Thank you for whatever you are able to answer! :)
