Hi I moved to Portugal in November 2022 and I'm registered with the Portuguese tax authority. I have just (December 2023) requested a UFPLS withdrawal from my SIPP and the total amount is less than my UK personal allowance. If I submit a DT-Individual form and certificate from the Portuguese tax authority, will this cover me for future withdrawals e.g. 2024/25 UK tax year and onwards or do I need to submit a DT form each year? Also, if I submit a DT form with my SIPP provider details, will I need to submit another once I start to draw a pension from my company scheme? Many thanks Nick

Hi

If you are not have having a regular monthly payment then you will need to submit a claim each time you make a withdrawal.

Thank you
