Hello, I have an LTD in the UK with service address. I am the only one director and I do not have any employees. I run an e-shop on this LTD and I manage all by myself. I am also Czech citizen. I live in Czech Republic where I have my full time job and I never lived in the UK or worked in the UK. Until now I hold all my profits on business account in the UK and tax it every year with corporation tax. But I would like to make myslef director salary for this year in order to decrease my corporation tax and get some money on my personal account. I would like to pay myself 12 570 GBP (Yes I know I have to pay some NI contributions with it) and 1k GBP allowance in dividends. Now the question is: As I live and work in Czech Republic can I do this director salary in the UK throught PAYE? My company is already registered to PAYE. Can I make myslef employee of my LTD and pay myself like described above? Or as I am tax resident in Czech Republic. Should I just pay myself gross (simply transfering money from UK business account to my Czech personal). And tax it here throuht our tax system? And in the UK add this into costs as "Director salary non resident". In this case I cant benefit on no tax 9100 GBP allowance ofcourse. But my personal tax in Czech Republic is just 15 % but corporation tax which I would pay in UK is 19 %. Like this I can save 4% by paying all the profits and in UK accounting make profit close to 0. So please which of these 2 options are correct and should be done by me. I need to complete all before 31.1.2024 since my accounting period ends on that date Thanks
