Income Tax

Hi my question is about whether I have to pay the income tax in this tax year since April. I have paid £40 sth for tax automatically in payroll. I am using BNO Visa. I just came back to the UK on the 6th of Feb this year and worked different jobs like part time 2 hours per week for 4 months, full time for 2 months, one day job and 3 days part time works. Apart from that I will have a new full time permanently job in later this month. I was in the UK in April 2010 and left the country on Dec 2011 by using Youth Mobility Scheme Working Holiday and I worked full time. I claimed tax return once in 2012 and refunded with around £500-700sth. No sure if I can claim any tax back in this tax year? Any thoughts would be appreciated! Cheers!
