I am planning to work remotely from EU country (Poland) for 3 weeks (16 working days). I am a citizen in Poland, so no visa is required, but tax resident in UK. What sort of forms my employer/myself needs to fill up prior to my working abroad arrangements? This won't a work assignments to carry out any type of work in EU country, not business trip. It will be only extension to our 'work from home' policy at work. There is no obligation for me to apply for any nomad visa as I am citizen. Also, both countries have double taxation and social security arrangements.

Hi

Due to the length of time you will be workig, there will be no change to your residence or tax status and the income will continue to be taxed as if you were still in the UK.

Thank you

Hi,

Nothing for tax puposes as there will be no change. You may need to check with your employer and/or the country you are going to see what they require.

Thank you.
