Hi, I travel all the time for my work outside the UK but my work contract is within the UK. I have my LTD (self-employed) in the UK and my contracts are UK (with customers that require me to travel ). Since all my contracts and my LTD are UK ones and I travel for work, am I considered to work in the UK? Regards

Hi,

You are resident in the UK, so although you travel the UK and overseas with work, you are still regarded as taxable and tax resident in the UK.

Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for clarification. So if I spend (lets say) 300days abroad for UK work it still counted as "Worked 300 days in the UK", since the work is related to the UK contract and UK employer, and therefore considered as Uk tax resident.
