Inheritance Tax Relief to Fly Ashes to another country

My mum passed away at the start of the year, and in her will she stated that she wanted to be cremated in the UK, but her ashes to be repatriated to Ireland to be interred with my grandparents. It's not very clear on the forms, but can I add the costs of the flight/accommodation for the repatriation of her ashes to the funeral expenses for IHT pruposes on the IHT400 form?
