Tax on rental income during and after Probate process

What tax is due on rental income during the period between death and receiving Probate, income or inheritance tax. Once Probate is received how is the tax on income treated up until the Estate has been distributed.

The income from property is taxed as income of the individual, up to date of death and the estate from date of death.  Inheritance tax is separate to income tax.  Inheritance tax is calculated and payable, based on the value of the estate. Thank you.

Good afternoon Can you please confirm what the percentage of tax is to be paid on the rental income from the estate? Can you please also send me the link to the information on the GOV UK website as I have been unable to find it?
