Hi, I am an Spanish citizen with skilled worker visa until August. I have been living in UK for a year working for a UK company. I will go back to Spain next 4th of July but my employer would like me to would like to keep my me working from them from Spain. Will I be considered a Spanish resident from day 1 despite of receiving my salary in UK and spend less than 183 days in Spain? Should I pay taxes in spain and/or UK? Can I receive the salary on a UK bank account and just transfer the after tax salary to a Spanish bank account? Thanks!

Hi,
You will pay tax in the country that you consider yourself to be tax resident for 24/25.
Please refer to guidance at:-RDR3 Statutory Residence Test
Thank you.
