Hi, Am a BNO passport holder and have a full time employment with a Hong Kong company. I would like to work remotely in UK for 20 days this year. Is there any restriction for working remotely in UK? Do I need to pay tax in UK (as I need to pay tax in Hong Kong)? Thanks.

Hi marcohlf Ho,

If you are tax resident in the UK, you need to declare your worldwide income and pay tax here.
You can get relief for the tax paid abroad to reduce your liability -

Thank you.
