I am a sole director of my own limited company based overseas without any presence in the UK. I am running DPNI scheme to report my salary to HMRC. I borrowed money to my own company 4 years ago. If my company repays the loan to me, do I need to report to HMRC? Thanks!

No you don’t, but you would have to report any interest received on it.
