Advice re p800 payment underpaid tax

I sent a cheque by registered post to cover tax underpayment. They received it 19.3.2024 but still not cashed. Can anyone advise how long process normally takes. I added a letter with national insurance number full details and what year the underpayment was for

You will need to contact HMRC to review if the cheuqe payment has left your account Contact HMRC
