X/FER of Cash ISA

Hi, I made a mistake earlier this year and I don't want to make another. I have a FIXED TERM Cash ISA taken out in 2023, which matures in August 2024. I want to continue this ISA, but move it elsewhere. From an article in Daily Mail, the Co. I want to x/fer to do not appear to do this for you ie initiate the x/fer on my request. Does this mean I have to choose another Co.please?
