My husband was self-employed, running a business, this was sold and he retired around the time his dementia took hold. I know he's getting emails from HMRC but cannot find a link on who to contact to sort out his affairs. I have POA.

If you have submitted the POA to HMRC you ca ncontqact HMRC to review/update your husbands record.
If not submitted you can submit the original or certified POA to HMRC with a covering letter to review.
