Double taxation relief

I've paid tax for 2022-2023. I found the double taxation relief has NOT been taken into account in the calculation of the tax amount. What should I do in order to claim back the relief? I'm also a tax resident of Hong Kong, and have also paid the HK tax for the same tax year.

Hi CC Lo,
If you have in fact sent in a double taxation relief claim then you will need to contact HMRC on 0300 200 3310 to review this.
If no claim has been submitted you will now need to send this in.
