Missing Income and Income Tax

Hi, so I recently asked for a p45 from a job I did, I was paid and taxed based on my tax code at the time. The problem now is I can’t find anything on that payment in my payment history on the app and the tax is not reflecting on the tax I have paid so far. How to sort this?
