UK Tax implications for money transferred from India to UK from an Education Loan

Hi, My son would like to pursue Master's degree in UK University. For this we have taken an education loan from Indian Bank and I would like transfer this money from India to my UK account to pay University fees and to cater for his living expenses. If I transfer this loan amount to my UK bank account, is this taxable and is there any limit on how much(pounds) we can transfer to UK? Thanks.
