LP10 Form/Letter

Good Afternoon I am looking to obtain an LP10 form, I have contacted HMRC and they gave me a phone number for the "Film/TV/Broadcasting" team, I have been calling for the 3rd consecutive day and no one is picking up. Please can you advise if there is any other way of obtaining the LP10 letter? Kindest regards Brave
