Selft Assesment and Tax refund status

Hi,
My Tax Agent made the Self Assessment on my behalf and confirmed me that I am due to receive the refund.
Now I am unable to get in touch with my agent to check the status of the refund.
Could you please help me understand how can I check the status?
I have the Submission receipt and UTR number with me.
