Suspicious letter form HMRC

I have received a letter form HMCR regarding Self Assessment, which mentions the tax payment I am required to make. However I settled in UK in January 2022, and the letter states that i made tax payments in July 2022 and January 2023, which i have never made. Additionally, when i checked HMRC's online services, it did not indicate any outstanding tax payment. What should i do to handle this letter？
