Unable to verify my identity

I am trying to generate my UTR number online, using self assessment service. I have tried to use my P60, payslip, credit card and my provisional driving license but none of these work. Please help me with this.

Can someone help me plea? . My 2FA goes to a telephone number that is no longer valid so I cannot access my account. I have tried 5 times to reset the access away from 2FA. Every time has failed. I used my pay statement. my credit file questions with my credit file open, my passport and my driving licence. All failed now I am locked out for 24 hours. How can two government issued documents that are in front of me fail my verification. You issued them. I just input the data verbatim, I am so angry and frustrated.
