"Claim your Refund" option not visible on HMRC app

Hi there, I received on Friday the 7th my p800 (I'm due to a tax refund) the issue is when I try to claim the refund through HMRC app I couldn't see the "Claim your Refund" button; however, having logged in on https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/ I saw a message "HMRC sent you a cheque for £ X on 2 July 2023." would that be the reason why I couldn't claim it? Also, how would I add my bank account details for a more smooth future tax refund? Thank you in advance

If a cheque has already been issued you won't be able to claim online. We dont store bank details on accounts.
