Utr- application

I have applied in order to obtain the UTR. I was informed by HMRC that the address was incorrect, but it is not. I took picture of my application and I can prove that the address on the application form and on HMRC portal is the same. I have tried a few times, but the application was rejected always for the same reason. On HCMR are the same

I have applied the UTR number for self assessment online but failed. It was stated that the address move in date not matching to the system, but it is not. I have tried many times but still failed with the same reason.
