How else can I contact HMRC?

I’ve been trying to get in touch with HMRC on the number on the letter I received (2 in two weeks) spent 16 hrs over 10 days gets to an hour listening to how important/ were busy messages then cuts off! My anxiety is increased massively and still can’t get through got a bill of £3000+ and can’t pay it
