Tax Domiciled in France

I have to file a tax return because I'm receiving rent from a property in the UK. I pay myself a salary from my SIPP and pay French Tax and am therefore NT tax status with HMRC. On the self assessment form am I required to declare my salary income because the form is confusing.

You will only declare the UK rental income on the tax return.
