I read that I may have two accounts online . This may be the case with me , I made one in error . How do I delete the one I don't need . I haven't received my activation code as yet and if I did have it , I think this error would also stop me activating it . Any advice please . Thank you

Hi Rainbow485,
Although there may be 2 online accounts, you can only have each service assigned to one account not both.
You will need to contact OSH to look in to this further for you.

Hi Rainbow, I'm also facing the same issue and connecting to HMRC helpline takes ages. Could you please confirm if you found out the issue and resolved it or is it still active?
