Tax free childcare

Is HK BNO visa holders eligible for tax free childcare if they meet all the income requirement and approved by childcare services? Tax free childcare is not a public fund according to gov website. I called to ask the childcare helpline and the officer said if I received an approval then it is approved.

You need to contact the childcare helplinefor confirm their number is 0300 123 4097 their opening time are, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
