Do i need to file a tax return for 2023-2024?

Hi, HMRC admin I reside in the UK starting by the end of Nov 2023, - i didnt earn any money in the UK in last tax year (2023-2024). - i didnt work in the uk in last tax year (2023-2024) i tried to use the residency check and it shown that i was not a uk-resident last tax year. and this tax year (2024-2025), I decided to start a sole trader from April 6th so I registerered the UTR number for self-assessment in this May 2024, so may i know do i need to file any tax return for self assessment in the tax year 2023-2024? thanks
