registered UTR number this tax year problem
Hi, HMRC admin I reside in the UK starting by the end of Nov 2023, and i didnet earn any money in the UK in last tax year (2023-2024). I decided to start running business as a sole trader from April 6th so I registerered the UTR number for self-assessment in this May 2024, so may i know do i need to file any tax return for self assessment in the tax year 2023-2024? another question is my first name consists of 2 words, but HMRC wrongly logged part of it as middle name. How can I correct it? thanks
