applying UTR online

I applied for UTR online on 4th Oct. for my wife and myself for self assessment. But there were email bounced back twice in these two weeks saying I inputted something wrongly, but it did not say what went wrong. How do I know the mistake9s)? Best regards,

Hi,
If you are unable to submit your registration online then you would need to either download and submit the paper registration or contact HMRC: Self Assessment: general enquiries

I already posted back the form on 27th Nov. 2023 but I still do not have a reply on the UTR. How can I check?
