I need to correct an error on my self-assessment submission for 2022-2023, submitted more than 72h ago. This should be possible from My account: Your tax account/self-assessment account/more self assessment details....... However, there is no tile showing for Your tax account. I only have one account as far as I'm aware. What can I do to access the submission and amend it?
