Duplicate UTR

Dear Sir/Madam I have submitted the self-assessment in last three tax years since I have obligation to report income to HMRC. The online account also indicated "You have no returns to complete.". But I still received the reminder of self assessment for another UTR number, I have reported it to HMRC office by email(idu@hmrc.gov.uk) and call in last two years to request close/cancel this UTR number, they told me on phone that they will investigate and correct it. but it seen not yet resolve. What can I do?
