Bank repayment pending

I completed my self assessment a number of months ago but the repayment still states pending, I have not been contacted by anyone to discuss this and there does not seem to be anyway to contact HMRC, Please advise. Regards

I have tried this many times but clearly there are no humans available so I just go round in a loop and get nowhere. How did I talk to someone?

Hi Petticoat3221 Trout,

If you click 'Ask HMRC online' and say 'speak to an adviser' when it prompts you for further information, if you say it multiple times you will be put through.
