Split Year Treatment Case 4

Hello, I rented the UK home on 28 Jun 2022 and I come to UK on 16 Jul 2022. I had had an overseas home until 28 Jul 2022 and after that I had only one home which is the UK home. I purchased another overseas property on 11 Aug 2022 and have successfully rented it out on Jan 2023. Under my scenario, does split year treatement case 4 apply to me? Thank you.

No. You have a home elsewhere due to you purchasing another, albeit you have rented it out.
