Double taxation tax relief (DT Individual Forms)

Hello, We submitted the DT-Individual forms in October 2023 (to the address mentioned on the form) and have not received any feedback on our submission. Who can we contact in this regard as we live abroad? Thanks for your assistance

HMRC do not issue acknowledgements and it will only be notified when the post item is processed. you can chase this up by telephoning +44 13 5535 9022.

Hello. Can I submit my DT form(s) to an email address at HMRC rather than physically posting it, as postal service in Bali not that great and very expensive if using full tracking? Thankyou

We also live in a country where postal services are poor. We therefore posted the Forms from France, while we were on a trip there. That was done one year ago and we are still waiting for some response from HMRC. We don’t know if they received our documents or not as there has been no action on their part. At least by email we would be able to follow up on our request.
