Casual workers

I need some help when i am busy can i pay for casual workers just to help me out in times of need, if so does this go down. As expenses and do they need to be on payrol etc

If you pay employees at or above the lower earnings limit for national insurance then any payments made to employees will need to be reported.

I pay them national min wage and its usually 4 to 6 hrs per week
