Hey, I'm a UK citizen, I have some shares in a Dutch private company on which I receive dividends. The dividends are paid with 15% tax withheld. I'm trying to figure out how much of this I can claim under Foreign Tax Credit Relief. From reading page 17 in the treaty below it seems the answer is 10%. Is anyone able to verify that this is correct? In that case will I be able to claim the remaining 5% from the Dutch authorities?

Thanks in advance!
