Self-assessment online

Hello, since years I do self assessment online.Today I got a letter which tells me about the amounts I have to pay because of delay. Isn't the deadline in Jan.25? The last month's I was in and out of the A&E and you can imagine that I thought not really about tax, also because I knew I would have more time.Could you please clear that problem for me. I have enough problems with health. Please answer fast. Thank you. R.W.
