I spent 114 days in UK in 23-24 tax year, which is my first time in uk, in this tax year, I have no any work in UK. I have home in UK with my wife and daughter over 90 days . I also live with my parent in my country over 30 days. According to the SRT test, I recognized I am not a UK resident in this tax year. I would like to ask, if I no any income in UK this year, do I need any procross to report to HMRC my status? Or no need do anything until next tax year? Thanks.

Hi Benben1985,
If you are not UK tax resident for the whole tax year and have no UK income in the whole tax year, then there is nothing to declare a tax return is not required.
Thank you.
