Tailor Error

It is not allowing me to complete the Tailor Your Return section because a Tailor Error comes up after I try to enter save and continue. So this section remains ''Not Entered'' I have tried deleting my entire tax return and starting from the beginning but the same error happens when I complete the Tailor Your Return section. I have also tried using different browsers. It seems nothing can be done. What else can I try?

It could be an incorrect value you're inputting, or there may be information on your record that contradicts how you're trying to tailor your return.
