no confirmation of self assessment tax return

I submitted self assessment tax return 2022/2023 by online form on 16 Nov. I checked there was zero tax payment and no any tax statement until now. I don't know HMRC review my online form or not. I received confirmation letter last year even zero tax payment. How can I check with HMRC about my tax payment result? thanks

If you have not received the confirmation email that the return has been submitted, you will need to log back into your account to check.
This will also confirm any balance to be paid if it has been submitted successfully.

I applied for Self-Assessment Tax Return on 2024/08/19 but there is no confirmation that the application has been received. In the "check progress" page it indicates nothing (no item). In the "Message" page, there is no letter. In the "account home" page, it indicated "you paid the right amount of tax". According to my understanding, the last one should be referred to as employment income tax (which should be zero because I am retired. I am applying for a Self-Assessment Tax Return because I have an interest income over GBP10000 but less than my Personal Allowance of £12,570 according to the HMRC page. So what should I do now?
